Bayseas Franchise Costs/Requirements

The franchise purchase price is ($7,500) with an initial down payment of ($1,000) required to begin onsite training.

The down payment must come from non-borrowed personal resources, which include cash on hand; securities, bonds, and debentures; vested profit sharing (net of taxes); and business or real estate equity, exclusive of your personal residence. ***

A minimum of 80 hours of onsite training is required for all store owners.

Training will be done in four (4) hour increments including two Fridays.

A certificate of completion obtained from the corporate office must take place in order to move forward with the franchise process.

All franchise owners are required to have a food handlers license through the state of Texas.

These items must be completed before establishing a location.
Financing

Franchisee is responsible for all financial obligations for the purchase/ rental of property.

We assist in the search or location of the property within guidelines of currently established locations.
Ongoing Fees
During the term of the franchise, you pay Bayseas the following fees:

Service fee: a monthly fee for the use of the “Bayseas” name

Product: a monthly payment for purchase of the Bayseas’ signature batter that is used at all of our locations.
